This app seriously doesn’t work with dual screens at all, if you try dragging a window to a second display it resizes to the first display. Fix this pronto!!

its not working in chrome (well when you click and drag from the bottom of chromes tool bar it works, but its not convenient at all). please this app is awesome. its just needs that small tweak.
This application looks awesome, but fails when you use it with mutiple displays. I can’t “snap” a window to the left half of my rightmost display by dragging it there, but if I drag the window to the left edge of the leftmost display, it will then snap to the left half of my right display, not the left one. In other words, don’t purchase if you work with multiple displays. Otherwise, it seems like a sweet little app.
It only seems to support one screen. It wuld be amazing if it worked on multiple screens.
The app i waiting before now here :)
Neat tool. While in use, it adds this disgusting icon on the top bar. It should be pretty easy to clean it up to make it look closer to default icons that Apple puts up there.
It’s good for the speed. It’s better than bettersnaptool or Cinch which I’ve used! But only one thing: it doesn’t work with Microsoft office 2011!!! Please fix it for all windows. Thank for your lovely speed of snap!
I just wanted an app that would make my Mac like my Win 8.1 machine at work and my Chromebook when I travel. It provides the functionality of either keyboard shortcuts or drag and snap. I’m delighted to have found this app! The only feature I’d like to see in the future is customizable shortcuts. If that’s already here and I didn’t see it, I’m sorry. I’m still giving 5 stars because I thought I was doomed and this is really everything I needed.
It’s a very good app. It’s the only feature of Windows that I actually like that Macs don’t already have, and now having it available for the Mac—especially for free—is amazing. The only problem is that the shortcuts will resize a fullscreen window (yes, using the fullscreen that was introduced in Lion, not the ‘green button’ fullscreen). This is very annoying, especially because those shortcuts are the same shortcuts used in Pages to move left/right one word and up/down one paragraph. Fix this problem, and I’ll give it five stars.
This app does not function properly with multiple displays. It resizes windows from the secondary, onto the primary screen.
This app works perfectly when organizing many windows on my desktop! iShake also comes in handy all the time when I have many windows open at one time and only need one of them. My only suggestion is too make a easy way to make the window full screen, such as a drag the window to the middle of your screen… But, overall, it is worth it!
This is one of my favorite features from Windows and this app makes it work pretty well, but it’s basically useless for me since I need it for Chrome windows. The keyboard shortcuts work, but not the dragging to the edge feature which is the most useful.
Does not support multi-monitors. Feels buggy. 2 Stars is generous but it fits the saying “I don’t like it”. I found a program that does this and does it flawlessly even with Microsoft Office for Mac software: Cinch - Google it, get it, and you will thank me later.
This program is somewhat useful, but I’ve uninstalled for two reasons: there is no keyboard shortcut to maximize (similar to windows key + up arrow in windows) and, when using with hangouts, the active window will compress to the top of the screen when the hangouts window is expanded.
I have been using iSnap now for several months within Mavericks. In general I like it. It effectively moves windows to the top, bottom, left, right, or four corners of my single screen. There are two improvements I think would make this the ideal free app for snapping windows. First, it must allow for changing the keybindings. Second, with certain applications, if I attempt to highlight text using the mouse, the window resizes. I have noticed this with Chrome as well as less generally used apps like SQL Workbench, SQL Developer, and GNU Emacs. If you don’t mind these 2 issues, then this is a great windows snapper for you.
It works great when it works. The ‘snap’ functionality is one of my favorite things about Windows 7, so I was excited to install this app. Unfortunately I didnt get it when it was free, but $4.99 seemed like a small price to pay for somthing I would use every single day. That being said, it is a HUGE disappointment that for whatever reason it is not compatible with the chrome browser.
The app needs to be updated. It crashes all the time on new OS X yosemite
when it works its nice. Really like the top and bottom snap. Sometimes does not want to snap and I end up resizing it myself.
I’ve used this application on previous versions of my computer but now it says “Enable access for assistive devices and try again” but I try to look for it and it’s not there… Please fix, immediately.
I can’t give a good review until it works with all applications. I got this specifically for working with Chrome and it doesn’t work there. Hopefully a future version will fix this.
